About Osama
An online and mail order retailer in London.
Who we are
Selling at a distance, honestly
Osama Ltd is a retailer selling via mail order and the internet (SIC 47910), with its registered office at Barnabas Road in London E9.
Selling at a distance means the customer never handles the item before buying it. We take that seriously rather than treating it as a loophole: the description, the price, the delivery cost and the timescale are all set out before payment, and the statutory right to change your mind is stated plainly instead of buried.
Practically, that means orders are picked and checked against what was actually ordered, packed for the journey, and sent tracked so nobody has to guess where a parcel is. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, putting it right is our job.
If you have a question about an order, a delivery or a return, get in touch and it will reach someone who can see the order.
