The terms that apply when you use our website and services.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website osamaltd.site and any engagement with Osama Ltd. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it. All content is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Information provided
Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer or professional advice. Any proposal or quotation is subject to a written agreement.
3a. Buying at a distance — your rights
Orders and contract. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm despatch of the goods; if an item turns out to be unavailable or incorrectly priced we will tell you and will not charge you for it. Prices include VAT where applicable and delivery charges are shown before you commit to pay.
Your right to cancel. Where you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send them back. We refund the price and the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of proof that you have sent them. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described, and for any loss in value caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and condition. Certain goods are excepted from this right, including goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, goods which deteriorate rapidly, and sealed goods unsealed after delivery where return is not appropriate for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Faulty or misdescribed goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. These rights are in addition to the cancellation right above and are not affected by anything in these terms. Delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, goods are delivered without undue delay and in any event within 30 days; risk passes on delivery. Delivery timescales are estimates and can be affected by carriers. Descriptions and images are intended to be accurate but are indicative; colours may vary between screens. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your visit applies.
